Proud to share the successful completion of the new TK Maxx store in Sunderland for TJX Europe, now officially open at The Bridges Shopping Centre.
This project involved the full fit-out of the new store, delivered from start to finish in just 11 weeks. The scope of works included a complete retail fit-out comprising:
• Full M&E installation
• Sprinkler systems
• Ceilings, walls and flooring throughout
• Fixtures and fittings installation
• Cash desk installation
• Fire-rated shopfront
• Security roller shutters
• Signage and bespoke joinery
• Fitting rooms
The project was delivered smoothly with no issues with the shopping centre or neighbouring retailers, which is always key when working in a busy retail environment.
A great result and a testament to strong coordination between all teams involved to deliver a high-quality store ready for opening.
