Due to the closeness of the refit team and store staff during this project there were many elements that the guys delivered for the store, from handing back areas ahead of the handover date so that the store could trade quicker to actioning requests such as moving shelves and pictures in the back of house.
Perimeter panel changes and alterations
Sales floor columns stripped back and re-panelled
Alterations to cash desk including installation of over 30 self checkouts and reduction in served tills.
Redecoration to several windowbeds
New signage installed throughout
Two fitting rooms phases complete.

Full flooring replacement to both areas.
This particular job threw up a challenge from day 1, the team were completing perimeter panel changes and noticed that the existing system was not sufficiently fixed back to the wall making the area unsafe to stock product.
We had to adapt and refix the entire perimeter system to ensure this was safe and test each of the fixings once secured to confirm that the area was safe for the store to stock product.
