Our approach prioritised speed, safety, and adaptability, ensuring minimal disruption to store activities and pedestrian flow. We also offered early-stage design coordination and value engineering solutions, enabling cost efficiencies without compromising on finish or performance.
Working in the heart of London’s busiest shopping street brought with it several logistical and operational challenges. These included restricted delivery times, noise control limitations, and the requirement for both day and night-time working in certain phases. Our team overcame these through meticulous planning, stakeholder collaboration, and flexible work sequencing to deliver the project seamlessly and on time.
