Last week we hosted our annual company conference at St James’ Park, followed by our staff Christmas party at Revolution de Cuba, Newcastle 🎄
It was fantastic to bring everyone together from our Newcastle Head Office, Eastbourne Office, and teams across the UK for a great day of connection, reflection, and celebration.
The conference featured insightful presentations from our Company Directors, along with a powerful and heartfelt talk from guest speaker Paul Blanchard, who shared an eye-opening and thought-provoking insight into his life after an accident, leaving a lasting impact on everyone in the room.
We then celebrated our Achievement Awards, recognising outstanding performance across the business:
