We’re proud to be raising awareness of #ANDYSMANCLUB across our UK sites.
At ID Construction, we recognise the importance of mental health support – especially within the construction industry, where too often struggles go unspoken.
As part of this initiative:
✅ Posters, leaflets and contact cards are now displayed throughout our site offices
✅ Andy’s Man Club Heras fence banners are now installed across multiple sites
✅ Banners were purchased from Monster Mesh in who work in collaboration with Andys Man Club to help increase visibility and spark conversations
Andy’s Man Club provides free, peer-to-peer support groups for men across the UK, helping to break the stigma around men’s mental health.
If seeing a banner, poster or leaflet encourages even one person to speak up, start a conversation, or seek support — it’s worth it.
