Over the first decade, the business saw significant growth and large levels of repeat business, initially concentrating activity around the private sector, primarily Residential and Leisure sectors.
Building on its success, ID Construction promptly began planning the next phase of its growth, supported by key appointments that strengthened its leadership team and reinforced its commitment to delivering on its Vision and Values.
The company has since grown steadily, expanding its services to include national retail and commercial delivery for leading UK brands such as Primark, M&S, Asda, Levi’s, TKMAXX, Fraser Group, Amazon, GANT, and Co-Op.
Over the past decade, the business has implemented a strategic unit structure, empowering Account Managers to lead dedicated teams that serve a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors – consistently achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and securing repeat business.
The organisation still has its Headquarters based in Newcastle but has now established offices in Eastbourne and Dublin from where we manage all our European project delivery for several of our key clients.
